1. How do I create a SoFIFA account?

Click SIGN IN at the right top of the page, click SIGN UP on the dialog that pops up, then enter your email address, password, username and click SUBMIT.

You can also click SIGN IN > SIGN IN WITH Google / Facebook / Disqus / Discord to sign up with your Google / Facebook / Disqus / Discord account.

If you register with Google / Facebook / Disqus / Discord, you'll be prompted to log into your Google / Facebook / Disqus / Discord account if you're currently logged out.

If you sign up with email, enter your email address correctly and choose one you can access.

If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your SoFIFA account.


2. I received an email that I created a new SoFIFA account, but I didn't sign up for a new account

Maybe someone accidentally tried to sign up for a SoFIFA account using your email address.

To remove your email from the account, please get in touch with [email protected] to let us know this wasn't you.

You should then use this email address to sign up for a SoFIFA account or add it to your existing account.


3. I can't sign up for a SoFIFA account because an account with my email address already exists

Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.

5. How do I update SoFIFA profile information like my username and email?

You may need to log into your account before updating your profile information.

To update your profile information, including your username and email address associated with your account:
Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Type in your information and click SUBMIT.
Your email isn't visible to anyone but you.


6. How do I add a profile picture or change my current picture on SoFIFA?

To add or change your profile picture:

Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Select where you'd like to import your picture from.
The profile picture will be saved when the upload is completed.


7. How do I change my password on SoFIFA?

If you're logged out of your account and can't remember your password, you can request to reset it from the login screen.
If you're able to log into your account and know your current password, you can change it from your SETTINGS:
Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Click SET PASSWORD or CHANGE PASSWORD.
Enter your current password and then enter your new password.
Click SUBMIT.
Tip: To create a strong password, use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks (like ! and %).
 

8. How do I delete my SoFIFA account?

Your profile, players, squads, shortlists, comments, likes and following will be permanently removed when you delete your account.
And your name and email will not be available for sign up again.

After you delete your account, you can't sign up again with the same username or add that username to another account. We can't reactivate deleted accounts.

For security reasons, we can't delete an account for you. You'll need to be able to log into your account to delete it. If you can't remember your password or username, see some tips for logging in.

To permanently delete your account:
Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Scroll to the bottom and click CLOSE ACCOUNT.
Type your email address.
Click SUBMIT.
Follow the instructions sent to your email address.


9. How do I merge multiple SoFIFA accounts?

SoFIFA automatically merges accounts with the same email when you log in with third-party accounts.

When you have two or more accounts need to merge them:
Choose an account as primary at first.
Log into the primary account.
Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Scroll down, CONNECT a third-party account has not connected to another account.
Log out when successfully connected to a third-party account.

Log into another account want to merge.
Click your username on the top of the page, then click SETTINGS.
Scroll down, CONNECT the same third-party account.
Your accounts have been merged to the primary if everything works fine.

If you have more accounts to merge, please repeat the steps above.
