The squad is severely lacking in defence. Immediately sign:

- 2 CBs, one for immediate first team, and one maybe for a squad role.

- Backup CAM.

- Third choice striker with high potential, or keep Niasse knowing he will become quite unhappy.

- Was initially looking at signing a first choice RB. However, not many realistic options available in the first season. Would have Holgate and Coleman sharing the RB spot and giving Holgate a couple of years to reach his potential.
