I made this team based on rumors that I heard, plus 2 players that I think improve what is currently there (Guehi and Boey) 
-Rabiot will be a free agent
-Sucic ends contract in 2025 so this year is the last for RBS to take out a good amount of money 30 or 40 M
-Bellingham will cost 120-160 
-Kessie right now is important but an offer of 30M Barça surely does not reject it because of its economic situation 
-Lenglet in exchange for Thiago who ends contract in 2024, hear that they are looking for a left-handed centre-back and the first choice is Gvardiol but it will be much more expensive although much better too and with a lot of projection 
- Guehi is one of England's most promising centre-backs and can be a perfect starter, I guess 50-60M will be enough 
-Boey ends contract in 2025 so it is also the last year to get good money for the 25-40M would be an exaggerated price for me, but Gala will be in Champions So they could ask a lot for he.
In the outputs it seems to me that only Curtist and Carvalho are debatable, I would give them but if an offer arrives on the 30-40M I would sell them.
