People are doubting this guy's potential and abilities and that's totally unfair. Havertz is still in the early phases of adjusting to the EPL. He moved to a new league, a new club, a new system with a new manager who's still trying to figure out his best position on the pitch. Fans tend to forget this is still his first season. Give him a few months to settle into the squad and you'll see his development.
