All of my first Team and most of my bench players reached their POT cap or exceeded it slightly. So my first Team has an average GES of 82-83 (Bench: 78).
The system works well, eventhough I despise the classic FIFA 442 normally and some players play out of Position.

James- Good Winger, but magnificent up front. 3x PL Golden Boot Winner. Far outplays his 81 rating. Just try him.
