Hello all, welcome back to Trophy Hunters! We’re doing Palermo today, relegated to Serie B, and are trying to get our managerial reputation back up after being sacked by Napoli.

If I’m honest, the summer window felt like cheating. We abused the free agents system, and brought in Naby Keita, Leandro Dendoncker, Federico Mancini, Cristiano Biraghi, Aitor, Lucien Agoume, and the crown jewel Francisco Trincao all in for nothing. We then used our remaining budget to bring in Phillip Lienhart, Matt Turner, and Brian de Leeuw, who keen-eyed readers may know as a youth striker from our first season at Boca Juniors.

While we were knocked out of the cup early to Bologna, Serie B was a breeze and we easily topped it, earning us our 5th piece of silverware of the series.
