I just finished the first year in 7th place. I'm satisfied because there's still a lot of work to do to improve the team and understand where my players can play on top. I always liked to try change the natural position of each player so I can rotate them and let them play a lot of games based on the team I have against. this is the formation I used for most games. I was inspired by guardiola's 3-2-4-1 because it is very similar to the formation used by Grande Torino
