Stage 2 of realistic Barca rebuild. Stage 1 included needing to raise 500 million from player sales to balance the financial books.

Stage 2 involves only buying players with money earned from player sales (not including the 500 million we had to earn in Stage 1).

This includes players kept after Stage 1 and players to be bought that are upgrades over the remaining Stage 1 players. If a player from the Stage 1 squad is not included here, it means they were sold.
