so i've gone for the 4-3-3 system that barca use, however can be adapted to a 4-4-2 with januzaj playing rm and depay lm.
depay and wilson the wingers that can cut inside and dribble with the ball in the messi/ronaldo mould, martial is a target man inside the box in the henry mould.  januzaj is a playmaker in the de bruyne mold.  pereira is a box to box midfielder in the pjanic mold.  then pearson is a holding midfielder, spraying passes, dictating play, breaking up counter attacks in the old paul scholes mould.
the full backs always overlap, creating that bit of width and pace.
the center backs are quick, and more importantly strong.  and very competent at bringing the ball from back.  maybe in the boateng mould.
i have no idea who the rb of the future will be.  iorfa is english, got decent stats, might be a possibility.
the cb's however...  jonathan mensah i put in as a substitute for timothy fosu-mensah.  then sheanon williams as a substitute for ro-shaun williams.  2 of the academy cb's with very bright futures.  williams has 50% chance of making it, but i'll put my house on mensah being a first team regular in the future.
vanja milinkovic is a beast!  definitely in the courtois mould.
subs: mitchell weiser = demitri mitchell.  victor gomes = angel gomes.  just a couple more academy players.
but if you want to make this team in career mode, i'd recommend riedewald, tah as cb's.  subs you could use guedes and mastour maybe...
