Ideal squad for 2020-2021 season based on viable transfer rumours.
If one of Auba or Laca leave it should ideally be Laca as he may interest Atletico again, and we can actually get money for him. Auba and Ozil will probably stay and see out their contracts. Upamecano may not be possible, as Bayern look in a strong position, and Man City may sign him or Ruben Dias.
The way that Arsenal play now, the priority could actually be a strong holding midfielder to protect the distribution of Luiz and Mari. However, this would be difficult as several big clubs are tracking Zakaria, and Atleti are desperate to keep Partey. My first choice is Zakaria, if we cant get him we should target Gueye or Sangare as a young alternative. Honestly, we should sell Xhaka, but I doubt the interest will be there, and he is integral to the current system. Diassi or Ndicka would be a good signing as they are left footed and Diassi is in the final year of his contract. Preferably we sign Ndicka and Frankfurt sign Diassi. Ndicka can also play LB. Another realistic CB is Tah or Nunez. At RB, I have hope that Bellerin willcome back to his previous form but we could also sign Meunier as an attacking RB, keep Tierney, and sell Bellerin to raise funds for the future.

Ceballos - It would be difficult to sign him permanently, and he has only impressed in flashes. I would rather keep Torreira and play him alongside Xhaka who is crucial to the new system of Arteta.
Nelson - I believe he needs a loan in the Prem to develop more, preferably to Bournemouth if they stay up. However he is a useful backup so he will likely end up staying
Willock - If we sign a midfielder he should leave on loan, preferably to a decent Championship side like Bristol City to replace Brownhill. Otherwise keep him and use him in a deeper role.
Holding??? - Dont know how he will fit in the new system. Also a big fan of his but may be sold to raise funds
