Many og players already left the squad before I took charge. They even sold many promising players like fabio silva, leite, ferreira and Loum! (probably the reason for portos downfall)

Porto had a awful awful team before i took charge. only og left was danilo pereira. many players in the 72-79 range. I sold many players and bought all these players. (I loaned 3 in)

Almost instantly the effect of these players changed the team.

We lost the europa league semi finals 3-3 (Inter won on away goals even though manotas scored in the last minute to even the series) vs inter.

Althought we won Liga NOS and the cup meaning we will automatically go to the UCL next season.

Manotas went on a tear scoring 40 in all competitions. (29 in liga nos, 8 in europa league and 3 in other competitions)

Elis had 45 assists in all competitions! (25 in liga nos, 12 in europa league and 8 in other competitions)

Caceda ended up having 37 clean sheets in all competitions (not bad)

many players I choose had already grown a lot and I brought 3 players from my Dynamo team.

Not a bad season tbh.
