Griezmann: ik a lot of people might disagree with me here but imo he doesnt fit Barcas style. As Setien said, when hes playing its often a risk.
S. Busquets: his time is over. Hes way too slow and often loses the ball.
J. Alba: too bad defensively, often, when the opponent is attacking the left side is completely open. Ok at attacking, but his crosses are often not good.
M. Braithwaite: just not good enough. I didnt really understand the transfer in the first place (cause they could've just kept C. Perez, or promoted a player from the 2nd team like Abe or Collado)
S. Umtiti: hes declining constantly and often injured so make money with him asap
Rakitic: just not good enough anymore
Emerson: Might be sold for like 8M
J. Todibo: Barca board wants to sell him idk why
Loan:
I. Pena: if he wants to reach his potential he needs to be loaned to a 2nd league team or so to get some real game time.
S. Ramos Mingo: either be loaned to a weak spanish side or play in the 2nd team to adapt to Europe
A. Collado: should be loaned when Alena comes back. I see a lot of potential in him.
Pedri: i dont think that he'll be getting enough game time here so loaning him out is the better option.
KDLF: should either get some game time or be loaned to f. e a Bundesliga side.
Buy/Bought/Coming back from loan:
E. Garcia: Barca is interested, would be a good transfer and should play over Pique then.
Pjanic: i dont understand this transfer but FDJ and Puig should play over him. Might be a good backup but hes old.
Trincao: nice transfer, 40m might be a bit too much for him, but he showed a lot of Potential for Braga. Could either be Messi backup or be loaned
Rafinha: should be sold, I think hes a good player, but hes never got a real Chance at Barca and i dont think he will in the future.
P. Coutinho: deserves a 2nd chance, I really think he will play much better under a better trainer. He showed his skills in the 2 8. Valverde obviously didnt know how to use him.
S. Ramos Mingo: 2nd team or loan to adapt
I don't think that Barca will do any other transfers because
1. they dont have the money because of Corona
2. players probably wont even be interested because of the Barca board, their mistakes and the declining team. Especially after the 8 2.
Players in this team:
MATS: Hes a really good keeper, it wasnt his best game against Bayern but without him it would probably have ended with Bayern hitting double digits.
The rest of the season he was outstanding and saved Barca really often
Neto: good backup, showed his skills with Valencia
S. Roberto: not the most gifted player in the world but definitely hard working and better defensively than Semedo
N. Semedo: hes fast and good at attacking but pretty bad defensively (like against Davies) should get playing time against teams that dont counter attack often.
Eric Garcia:
Definitely talented, wasnt his best game against Lyon but hes young. Should imo play over Pique though
Pique: on the decline but shouldnt leave as he could be a mentor for younger Players like Chumi, Araujo and Garcia.
Chumi: I see potential and he should get some game time against weaker teams, but Araujo is more talented
C. Lenglet: hes good, but not as good as his rating in Fifa suggests. I think he can still improve in some things to become a top class defender
R. Araujo:
You can clearly see his talent hes really fast and good at tackling. Should get more game time than last season.
J. Firpo: did not do what he was expected to last season but i think he is still a good talent and should play as at this point tbh everyone is better than Jordi Alba
L. Messi: I cant imagine him leaving so I put him in here. He obviously is the star of the team, its brain and leader (although it didnt seem like that against Bayern) and the most important part of Barcelona. Should also be Suarez' backup as a striker, but hes better as a winger
F. Trincao: good talent should get more game time than f. e. Malcom at Barca so he doesnt flop.
H. Abe: solid talent. I thought, when Barca bought him it was just a mad reaction to Real getting Kubo but he showed his skills in the 2nd team and should be allowed to play for the 1st this season
F. de Jong: showed his quality this season, he is already a big part of Barcas game
L. Reis: another solid talent that should be allowed to play sometimes
R. Puig: should be FDJs main partner this season. He hast huge potential and showed it especially after the break as he was on of the few players who wasnt playing like shit.
M. Pjanic: old, slow and (imo) doesnt fit Barcas style. Might be a solid backup but nothing more
O. Dembele: hopefully he wont be injured this season as he clearly has huge potential which he, on some occasion already showed as a Barca player.
A. Fati: huge potential, should play from the beginning here and there and else be a super sub
P. Coutinho: as I already said, he deserves a second chance. Under Valverde he wasnt that good because he didnt understand that Coutinho isnt a winger. Her a CM or CAM where he mostly played for Bayern too and was pretty good.
C. Alena: he was good for Barca before he was loaned and for Betis he was also solid. He deserves to play more matches than last season.
L. Suarez: was injured pretty long last season, came back and felt like a rock in Barcas attacks. But it got better and i think he still has tje quality to play for Barca.
