Once Thiago Silva slows down the plan is to bring Tomori back from AC and up through.

Started the season playing mount on the left wing but he didn't have enough pace to make an impact and the system didn't suit him so made the decision to bring in Sane which has been a huge improvement.
Similar situation happened on the right wing as i started the first few games with Havertz on the right hand side but was lacking a bit of pace. Hakimi was a huge improvement as he is able to get in behind and put balls across the box.
Another set back was Werner doing his ACL in the first game of the season so Tammy is going to have to play the first seven months. As a result Havertz is now being trained up as a CF so that he a Tammy can share the workload up front.
Slight concerns in terms of game time for Emerson, CHO, Mount and Ake. At the start of the season they are not really in the squad with better impact players available on the bench.
Opportunity to change the formation for some games to suit mount playing as a ten. Plan is to set up a number of rotational squads so that i can change it depending on what team i am playing. So far the reality of fifa is that playing 3 CB's is not that great as you lose that crucial 10 position going forward.

Changes i can see coming in the future is Kovacic out of the squad in favour of Bellingham starting more consistently. To fill the space on the bench is either Bissouma who I rate a lot or Ruben back from Fulham. - Done Jan window

Good Jan business, sold Kovo 70M and CHO 40M and brought in Bissouma 16M, Musiala 14M and Choupo-Moting 3.5M. All very good value.

Had a lot of players out injured over the first half of the season including Werner, Havertz and Sane. Now (Jan) I have Sane and Havertz back.

Planning to start Havertz at CF for a few games with Hakimi and Sane as wingers. Leaving Mount and Pulisic to come on off the bench. Bellingham, Bissouma and Neuhaus are gonna rotate through depending on who we are playing.

Tammy failed to perform in a number of games which is why it was thought necessary to bring in Choupo.

Another change which is expected is Mosunda to be sold/Loaned as he isn’t needed at all.

Musiala requires starts in all cup games along with Choupo, Gilmour, Richards, Bissouma, Kepa,

Managed to get the England job just before Jan and played with Joe Gomez who was by far the best player to play with. Raises questions about if I want to sign him as a starting replacement for Thiago.
