- Use your youth academy A LOT. Germany is one of the best countries to scout in, so use that to your advantage. - Loan in players for some of the bigger teams like Bayern who have reasonable potential but not enough to be starters for a big club. J-F Arp and Sarpreet Singh are good examples. - Look at players from clubs that are geographically close to the city of Kaiserslautern: players from Mainz, Darmstadt and Eintracht, as well as the likes of Metz and Strasbourg in the French league would be realistic. France is also a good place to set up a youth academy. - Take a look at the free agents, especially players with experience in the German leagues. - If you're playing on PC, consider naming and making your manager look like Michael Ballack or Miroslav Klose, both of whom are former players.

Why would he take a pay cut for Messi or for Barcelona? The club offered him the contract and he secured the bag and although it was undeserved, the contract, he has the right to refuse to take a paycut. Messi might be your hero but for umtiti he is just his teammate, nothing more. Would you be willing to take a paycut for one of your colleagues at work? Probably not so why should he
