The whole Mexican football federation is fucked, a lot of corruption and nepotism. They care more about the money than actually letting players develop and grow, they would rather sign mid foreign players than play the youth, and when a promising Mexican player is progressing, they get bought by America, Tigres or Monterrey instead of getting shipped to Europe, because Mexican clubs will pay more. Here in Mexico you’re still considered a “young prospect” at 24 when in Europe they’ve been playing for years, also their mentality is shit, that’s why every generation Mexicans are only getting worse.
