Because they are lazy , this thing happens from fifa 19 and on , a bunch of faces are deleted once again , players that had a face in previous years , and players they alerady have the scan but they are not adding it 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think we have to spam report it to the developers , it’s unacceptable it’s just a thing an amateur in programming could do in no time
