Diaby.

Your opinion here is of course highly regarded and sought after, thank you for your words of wisdom
avatar
On which player you completely forgot recently? I just realized that Coutinho is still Aston Villa player and he spent last season on loan in Qatar.
avatar
Rashford plays 15 good games a season and in the others he looks like he's just eaten 8 pizzas by himself, bro walks on the pitch... After an 89-point season with plenty of room for improvement, we deserve better In fact, wouldn't it be better to have a new left footed winger as Saka's backup?
avatar
Don’t lie to yourself. Arsenal are the real deal and it’s only a matter of time till we lift the PL trophy once again. United are in sharp decline and it will take at least 3 years for you guys to sort out your mess.
avatar
Still can't believe there are some fans really wanting that guy at Arsenal. Unbelievable.
avatar
Just saw someone calling Rashford a “Genuine Superstar” and idk if it’s just me but i really dont rate him much higher than Martinelli, Rashford is as inconsistent as they come and hes had chance after chance to solidify himself as a great player but he fails every time
avatar
Been telling people you can't write someone off like that just because you didn't see the fruits right away. Glad to see he's having a good spell with Luton, whether it means he stays with us or gets sold. A good player.
avatar
Thank god they don’t do that bc then we wouldn’t have Havertz
avatar
Image if the 180 pages were just print outs of the sofifa comment section
avatar
Would like to see the 180 pages that convinced them Nuno Tavares was good. Nah but in all seriousness we are very good at transfers and clearly have people who know what they are doing. Can’t say the same for other clubs.
avatar
He is woeful when he doesn't have the ball. Can't develop when you ball watch as a support midfielder
avatar
Rashford does fuck all in Martinelli’s position lol, as proved by his multiple shit seasons. Without service he’s nothing. Not to mention he’s older, on higher wages and doesn’t have the workrate of Martinelli
avatar
Rashford is not a superstar, too many inconsistent seasons. He would have the same problem as Martinelli anyways, they both need service.
avatar
"genuine superstar" Who didn't even make England's first euro Squad
avatar
Doue by a mile
avatar
« Doué » in French means « gifted »
avatar
It’s also incredibly ironic, at least with Fulham you can admit your goals are not the same as Arsenals, with Spurs they would never admit it, and yet here they are 16 years trophyless and 26 years since the trophy before that(both league cups).
avatar
He spent all that time getting those pictures together too. I’ll go up vote it 🥺😅
avatar
Lol de Laurentiis and conte under same roof it's gonna be total drama within 6 months
avatar
Good coach tbh
avatar
Hope you people are all doing mighty fine.
avatar
I liked it, at least 🫶🏽👍🏽

Posting this on your own page and getting no upvotes is the saddest and funniest shit I’ve seen all morning.

I don't understand why we have to go through humongous, unnecessary risks when we're so close to something big. When Man City need wingers, they go and get whoever is in red-hot form, looks promising, and is overall risk-free on paper. Doku, Mahrez, Sane, Sterling come to mind. We can even look at transfers who didn't work out well (it's football, you're not gonna always get it right) but the plan behind it was solid and that matters a ton. When was the last time Man City took a huge risk like we did with Havertz and maybe with Rashford soon? Rashford just had a season like Martinelli's, exact same numbers, only he played 400 more mins than our boy. Turns 27 in Oct. His wages aren't big, they're insane, you'd struggle to find sources saying it's less than 300k pw, we're looking at 300k-375k pw. So probably min 250k pw (that's if you assume he lowers his wages which is already reaching) for him here on top of the probably min 60 mil transfer fee. He signed a new deal last year, don't even think for a sec that we can pull of a bargain deal, Arsenal don't know how to do that. And all of that for a guy who has been inconsistent his whole career?!
avatar
Do you reckon Spurs are gonna hit 100y since their last title?
avatar
You have 13 league titles now?
avatar
It's not father's day yet, but here you are posting pics of your daddy

Are man managers dying out? All we see nowadays are system coaches coming up

Pep leaving at the end of the season apparently. The Arteta era is coming. Trust the process. Would love Arteta to beat him before he leaves though.
avatar
But we’re the ones that bottled it again apparently https://s3a.sofifa.net/98b3f72a7afd03af4f91f925d187f19ad26c53e6.jpg

What I meant. "Would love Arteta to beat him before he leaves though".

Arsenal voting to keep VAR good stuff
avatar
He seems like a really good lad

I'm honestly not super high on Koopmeiners. He's a good player, but idk, when I watch him, I'm never too impressed. He also seems very much like a north-south player, it that makes sense. (Again, I still think Koopmeiners is good, but for Arsenal... eh, idk, I'm not sure he's what we need. Not my first choice, but I'd still be very intrigued.) I like Ederson tho. Nice technically and super aggressive and alert off the ball. Can cover ground as well. Not sure he fits in our midfield, but I like the player nonetheless. It does seem like a summer where we'll need to find a couple of cheaper guys tho. We can't be signing 50m+ players for every position.
avatar
At this moment in time we shouldn't be going into a transfer saga with a rival English club where we'll probably end up getting robbed and then we'll NEED Rashford's 22/23 stats to make it worth the massive fee and wages. People who are up for this huge risk don't seem to be bringing any justifiable reasons whatsoever. It's just a lot of hopes and prayers, some of it coming from "but look look, Kai worked out right?". It's silly.
avatar
Remember hearing him say Rosicky was his idol and that was it lmao, I just assumed we’d sign him at one point after that
avatar
It’s so weird, sure we definitely fell apart last season but not this season
avatar
Exactly, I don’t think anyone ‘bottled it’ a 3 horse title race, Liverpool with the weaker squad fell away a little towards the end and it went to the final day
avatar
People don't know how to use the phrase anymore sadly.
avatar
Bruno Fernandes is a bit crazy and unrealistic bro
avatar
This has to be the most brain-dead take I've seen, neither of those 2 have played fuck all this season, and the whole team wins a trophy, not just the 2 CBs Best way to assess who the better pair is would be who's conceded the least goals, which is Saliba and Gabi by a long fucking way Nice attempt at trolling tho, try again a little harder next time tho maybe
avatar
hey man congrats on the trophies, but I'd take our team and future over whatever is happening with your club
avatar
Been quiet on this but I genuinely think he can get the best out of him like he has with Kai. It’s 50/50 tho. Either he explodes or we have another Willian situation.
avatar
It's always the same names that come out of their caves lol, year after year. The Havertz signing, the UCL loss, the league loss, and when a rival team wins. That's what amazes me, it's like priding yourself on misery
avatar
‘Warra UCL’ for Arsenal https://s3a.sofifa.net/3304cc61f3026befe4bf50fd2c022ad2a034a72b.gif
avatar
Man the trolls on this page are really shit at their jobs Like at least come up with some original shit and stuff that makes sense, it's far too fucking easy to deal with them all atm
avatar
Thanks for your input poppadom Lee gunner. I’ll relay the message to Mikel for you.
avatar
What we should do is go all out for the FA Cup and Carabao next year, forget about process and the league. Finish 17th I do not care. Let United or Liverpool get dog-walked by Man City again for the league, Chelsea to round out the top 4. Real or Bayern win UCL. When we win it, and they finish the season with UCL qualification, get ready to tell everyone and their mother that we had a better season than them. COYG
avatar
The last 1% is the most important 1%... however it also still is just 1% and judging a side on fine margins that are incredibly influenced by luck is just plain dumb. City play that badly just once over the last 2 months and Arsenal are the Champions on England. Its that close really. Trust the process dude, we're on the right track, not the side 15th in the league for underlying metrics. United were superb on the day though tbf, good luck to them.
avatar
Outcome based analysis is absolutely plaguing football discourse right now. Losing energy for all of it. All you're telling me is that you don't know ball, really. You just think that you do.
avatar
Preston North end did it actuually back in the 1880s i believe, only 22 games or so back then though
avatar
I'm desperate for some trophies as well but outcome based analysis like this is NEVER the right way to go about it. The process is what matters and what serious clubs like Arsenal focus on, the process that leads to 89 points being accrued is what we should be most encouraged by. 38 game season is the best indicator always of how good a team is. United had a negative GD mate, they have no process and the owners will probs now bottle sacking the manager. The truth of it is, if City played like that in just one EPL match these last 2 months then Arsenal would be the champions of England. We got unlucky and United got lucky on the day (they were excellent also). We move. Very comfortable in my Arsenal shoes atm. Getting over the line is the priority now because its been too long.
avatar
Our Invincibles team is easily better than Leverkusen, we had prime United, prime Chelsea, class Liverpool, prime Newcastle, one of the most high level seasons in PL history, compared to Leverkusen having mid Bayern and league struggling Dortmund and their other main rivals being relegation threatened Stuttgart
avatar
I’d rather just be a better team, because better teams get better results. People need to get off ETH’s back now, because he’s done the absolute maximum he can with these boys. League titles are coming to the Arsenal, it’s not about if, it’s when.
avatar
In all honesty, why was he even there and invited?
avatar
just ignore him, hes a miserable piece of shit, a oxygen stealing thief.
avatar
Tell me you haven’t watched Arsenal this season without telling me you have watched Arsenal this season
