Scout 9 months any in Belgium, 3 months in Colombia defensive minded, 3 months in Mexico physically strong, 3 months in USA physically strong, then 6 months in Denmark and 3 months in other Scandinavian countries (Norway, etc). Every year same strategy, with Denmark or Scandinavian's go with Tecnically gifted or physically strong. Also check underrated talents from Colombia (or South America) and Scandinavians under 22-23. And always sell and move on, play with sliders as well. You'll go from 4th to 7th to 2nd to 1st to 5th, etc. I did 15 seasons with Genk and I loved every season of it.
