Y'all have short memories. 1st mistake was signing Xhaka instead of Ngolo Kante. That in itself cost us CL for years. Xhaka then continued to be a consent defensive liability. Not just tactical but he's goal costing mistakes. It was a puzzle no one could figure out for years. He's now played out of postion to give him less defensive responsibility. If we had proper LCM or someone like Bruno Guimaraes you see understand the absolute levels. Only reason he's important is because he has no competition
