89 rated in my CM Stats: (I'll put them in order like on here) 68 crossing, 94 finishing, 83 heading, 82 short passing, 80 volleys 93 dribbling, 72 curve, 52 free kick, 77 long passing, 94 ball control 87 acceleration, 92 sprint speed, 92 agility, 73 reactions, 78 balance 90 shot power, 80 jumping, 87 stamina, 90 strength, 68 long shots 25 aggression, 67 interceptions, 97 positioning, 71 vision, 58 penalties, 80 composure 41 defensive awareness, 40 standing tackle, 19 sliding tackle So annoying that stats like reactions, long shots, vision & composure don't go up. Yet his strength when up 22 points in 5 seasons while he's 170lbs... Also his interceptions went up 38 in his second season... His penalties didn't go up, even tho he took 7 penalties for me in my last season, so he took 20+ in 5 seasons, and I didn't miss 1 of those 7, I probably missed 2-3 in the beginning. EA really needs to fix some things like that. He scored like 5-10 long shots a season for me and they're still 68...

Sry i forgot that players automatically get +3 on their ovr just for joining ManUtd. Joining a better club/playing for big clubs doesn't mean that you're a better player (best example is Sanchez who finished this Fifa with a higher ovr than Pepe), James is a talented young, player but 78/87 would be too much for his accomplishments so far, 75/84(85) would be a fair rating imo

Way too early to claim that, he simply hasn't played enough in the top flight to be sure that it just isn't a good run of form. He might get it by the end of the season though if he keeps it up.
