I became a Leverkusen supporter because of Ballack, who was one of my favorite players growing up I then got back to watching closely when Brandt (one of my favorite current players) was coming up and then his partnership with Havertz was a delight It's marvelous to see Wirtz, Frimpong and these other young gigantic talents team up with Schick, Hofmann, Tah, all players who I've admired for a while, under such amazing management by Xabi Alonso, a former Liverpool player, no less...
