So it got me wondering, is there any other names playing for Krasnodar, and holy crap, Barco and Jack Harrison were also playing for the club, both of them have high potentials. So it got me interested was there any other big names playing for any of the big Russian Premier League club? And holy crap, there is many other big names playing in Russia such as Eden Hazzard, Jovic, just to name a few. Ok so I've been playing FIFA for years but I never accepted a job at a bigger national team until now, I took over Spain in my save. The problem is that they have so many good players that I wanna nominate them all, but I can't. It always feels like a waste of talent but I also don't have a lot of time to find my perfect starting XI since you don't get a lot of playing time with national teams. So, does anyone have recommendations of what system to use? I think the midfield is their strongest part so I am using a 4-1-2-1-2 (narrow) right now, but it feels like I can't fit future world stars like Fati into that system unless I force my wingers to play CAM/ST. https://sofifa.com/squad/884489 (I also feel like this squad is way too old btw, I know it's not that much of a problem in the NT since it's not my job to develop talents but I wanna occasionally give Pedri, Fati, ... playing time)

But if you actually put Allan at CDM he would be the 2nd best CDM IG. 87. Kante 86. Allan 85. Busquets —. Casemiro Etc. Etc. So it’s not really about which position someone is the best at, but about where the person he plays at IRL. An other example in a different position is Marcelo. Who is almost literally better in any position than LB. But still that’s his main because he plays there IRL.
