I would swap Geertruida and Trauner and then replace Trauner for Van Ewijk. Replace Wieffer for Reijnders, Clasie, Veerman or Kitolano instead. And take Karlsson out for Tadic who has the most goals and assists combined this season.

Being able to play RCB, RB and C(D)M might just become his downfall at a new team. He is not amazing at any of those positions, but can play them all pretty well. He needs to go to a team with a backline of 4 and become their RB, otherwise he will probably be a sub for all the positions he can play. Still believe he is at his best at CB btw, but he will earn his tranfer as an RB.

Nearing the 2020 update, I believe the following should be done: - Bizot - 79-81. Slight upgrade, very consistent in 2019. - De Boer - 67-78. - Schendelaar 65-82. Very talented. Most likely will be the starter in a few years. - Svensson 77-80. Slight upgrade. He's better (on average) than Mazraoui who's got a 77 rating. - Sugawara 69-78. Very hard worker. Deserves a big upgrade (his stats are WAY off). Also add RW as secondary position. - Vlaar - 74-74. - Hatzidiakos - 72-79. Deserves a big upgrade. Very good until his injury. Besides, made his debut for the national team of Greece. - Bergsma - 64-73. Won't play for a reason... - Kramer 65-71. Slot prefers him over Bergsma. Yet, won't play many minutes. Don't think he'll grow much considering his age. - Wuytens. 75-75. Consistent over many years. Deserves an upgrade. - Weigelt. 64-73. May as well be deleted. Never included in the first team. - Wijndal. 73-84. Very talented. Always covering the full left side of the pitch. - Ouwejan. 73-78. Unlucky Wijndal is more talented and took over his spot. Still a very reliable player. Midtsjo - 77-80. Very consistent. All over the place. Don't understand he isn't playing more games for the national team of Norway... Koopmeiners. 78-85. His kicks are so accurate. Great penalty shooter (truly never misses). Deserves a little upgrade. De Wit. 72-78 Lacks technical abilities, but a hard worker who's essential for AZ's tactics. Underrated here on Fifa for sure. Clasie. 74-74. Add CB. Reijnders - 66-78. Consistent for the second team and still young. Plays some first team minutes here and there. Small upgrade. Goudmijn - 65-81. Our 'goldmine'. In all seriousness, very talented kid. Great technical player, deserves a small upgrade. Taabouni - 66-82. Young, very technical and one of the best players of his generation in the Netherlands. Stengs - 77-86. SO talented but SO inconsistent. Small upgrade considering the past 6 months. Boadu - 75-88. Small, fast mini tank. Our greatest talent over at least the past 15 years. If he keeps preforming he can reach a top ranked team. Idrissi - 76-82. Very egoistic but damn he's got so much skills. Curious what level he will reach in the future. Gudmundsson. 70-77. Injured for most of the past 6 months. Keep the ratings as it is. Aboukhal. 67-79. Fast, strong and quite skillful. Mostly shows his skills in the second tier for now. Druijff. 68-76. Scored so many goals in the second tier last season. Can't seem to impress the coach this year. Correia 64-83. Can tell he is talented. Getting better day by day. Not a first team player yet, though. Friday. Truly don't care about his rating. Just remove him from the game. Is not a first team player nor a second team player. Evjen will join in January. As far as I know he is very talented and can replace Stengs after this season. Cant really judge his rating now. Johnsen will return from his loan spell at Rosenborg. Cant judge his rating based on his performance over the last 6 months...

Some realistic transfer ideas for anyone doing an Ajax career. - AZ has a lot of great talents. Lots of players have moved between these clubs. There is a bit of a rivalry but not enough to stop you from buying their players. Personally I'd say Stengs, Boadu and Koopmeiners are must buys this year. - PSV of course has some great talents as well. However it's been a while since players moved from PSV to Ajax. Malen and Bergwijn are from our academy though and they brought in Viergever on a free from us, so it is possible to go for one of their players. There is quite a lot of players that played for both teams in our history. If you're planning to, Malen, Ihattaren and Bergwijn are good choices logically. - Scandinavian talents have always been highly linked to Ajax. Berge is a good option. He's unaffordable IRL, but in FIFA Håland would be a good buy. - While we're at it, players from Belgium are highly realistic to scout. So definitely pick up Verschaeren and maybe Vanheusden. - Dutch players abroad didn't tend to return often, but with the bigger budget and regular CL football they do now. Pröpper is heavily linked, but doesn't have much potential. Talents like Redan, Dilrosun and Hoever are fun to pick since they are from our academy. Van Drongelen has also been linked to us in the past. - To players from European countries that our smaller football nations, we are a great step up. And their salary is usually low. There are some great talents there like Hlozek that has been linked to us and Szoboszlai. Livakovic and Soucek are great buys as direct replacements for Onana or Van de Beek. - Similarly we are a good club for South American players to enter Europe. So if you need any players on a specific position scout in Argentina for example. - Set up youth scouting networks in the mentioned countries/regions, sort of in that order. Ajax = youth. Don'ts - Bring in any player from Feyenoord (even preferably not with a history at theirs) - Overextend the salary cap, we're rich now, but not stupidly - Loan players (we grow our own talents usually) - Bring in players from the biggest football countries (England, Germany, Spain, Italy, French) we don't really do that normally because they tend to be overly expensive IRL I guess. Just feels off to me to see them in some peoples careers.
