Hats off to you guys... great coach with clear handsign to recognize on the pitch, great team even the rotational players come in and its almost no loss of quality, great mentality, great football and great (historic) season. Also finally all of the world dont expect us to compete with Bayern all season (not that we dont want to but it was always unrealistic and when we did we overarchieved) . You set up the best out of all Bundesliga clubs for the near future. So i gladly give the pressure up to you now. Hopefully you can keep your key players and give Bayern hell over the next seasons.

I wouldn't say they're hated, don't remember it so well but I think the club started with factory workers of Bayer hence the name - Die Werksef and it's been long tradition of partnership between the club and the company. Imo Leipzig and Hoffenheim are way more disliked clubs in Germany, not so sure about Leverkusen

Bayer Leverkusen this season is really flying under the radar in terms of worldwide football fanbase, Xabi Alonso is one hell of a manager. I wanted him at Spurs when we were looking for a manager and he has got you lot playing some really good football. Nothing but respect for him and your club. Hopefully you continue flying under the radar and keep doing well without the pressure of the world focusing on you lot. Maybe didn't word it the best but you get what I mean.

Just saw the highlights, and this team is really exciting. Definitely going to start watching them more often, Wirtz, Frimpong and Grimaldo are all really gifted players.

On the line Hradecky is still very good but when he has to use his feet on the ball i always get anxiety attacks

Went on two loan spells in efl league one prior to last season. One of the worst goalies I've seen in both seasons and was VERY mistake prone. Rebounded last season and had a decent loan spell at Sparta. Fairly good with the ball at his feet but hes no world beater. I'm a little shocked we got €9m for him tbh. He's had a brilliant pre season though so maybe that's boosted it? Idk he definitely has some talent but don't expect the next Leno for your club. His biggest issue was always confidence imo. If he starts playing bad or you guys start conceding goals he starts to spiral. Keep and eye on that hopefully that's a mindset he can fix

He's a brilliant ball playing goalkeeper who's very composed, authoritative, etc. Slightly slow on the reflex side but seems to be all round this pre season and ever growing. Take care of him, hopefully he does well.

The biggest improvement probably has made Lindström, but Kamada became even better as well. Götze and Muani spawned as beasts. Ebimbe, Smolcic and Jakic can be named as an honorable mention as well. The biggest disappointment is by far Pellegrini. Alario could turn out to be a pointless signing as well. Knauff has been not as good as last season imo but he at least showed that he can play on the left. Tuta and Ndicka weren't as good as before as well. Buta is likely to make the most difference in comparison to the first half of the season. Lenz, Hasebe, Smolcic and Knauff could have more impact too. Alidou, Borre and Alario could as well and Max, as a new player, of course. I would say Aaronson has the highest ceiling out of those. Wenig could be more complete but has a long way to go still. I don't think Nacho is as good as the others from what I've seen but I his numbers in the second team are impressive tbh.
