I'm not fully sure what's happening with him... He's a really good player, no doubt about it. Probably Bologna's best player in terms of individual quality like dribbling, shooting, creativity etc. I guess the lack of playtime has to do with him finding it hard to adapt to Thiago Motta's tactical instructions. Serie A is the most tactical minded league in the world so if a player haven't fully adapted to the coach tactical instructions it will be difficult for the player to get playtime.
