If not for the Pandemic..Chelsea would have their Doctors heading over to Germany to do his Medical. The Doctors would have to quarantine for 14 days before they can do his medical which is not feasible. So all of this takes time. If you don't believe it then just be patient and wait for it to be announced. It can be when the Bundesliga is over. It will not be announced before time..but Werner will be at Chelsea.
