This seaso... is past - brilliant. Until the next season starts it still is *this* season. I know you burgers suck at history and geography but didn't expect grammar to be above your pay grade. Do you want my phone number? I can give you English lessons at a cheap price.

avatar
nah ETH is just an awful man manager. neres, ronaldo, even casemiro rumours, sancho, he has annoyed varane, de gea
avatar
No, it's pure coincidence
avatar
Because we never were a club that produces these kind of talents regularly like Ajax or Benfica. We had a couple of decent players who had a great development elsewhere like Rüdiger, Hoffmann and Demirbay but apart from them there aren't many players that reached EL/CL level. Knauff is the most recent youth product that gets regular game time at another Bundesliga club, whether he'll reach Götze type of level is atleast questionable. Moukoko could reach that level but he needs a stable body and enough game time for that
avatar
If Sancho does well on loan: “Doesn’t matter, Bundesliga is a shitty league, he has bad mentality, Ten Hag still right” In Sancho does bad on loan: “See, Ten Hag was right. Sancho is terrible and lazy. Bad mentality” Everyone knows how terrible of a club Man U is right now but few talk about how terrible their fan culture is. Begging for any excuse to hate on their own player only because he dared to speak out about how poorly the club is run 😂
avatar
So Manchester urinated and ETH was the problem they will ruin everyone
avatar
we? You dont even have the courage to add the United badge to your name
avatar
Please United, keep ETH, then Sancho will stay also after the summer. You’re all wrong, ETH was never the problem😉🤥
avatar
I watched him play for Dortmund today and he's clear of Rashford and Antony even though those are low bars to clear. I'm not even kidding. He's making movements, his movement is fluid, he makes passes that actually arive to his teammates and he was able to do this in a team that he just joined a couple of days ago.
avatar
So dortumund get a player that they can use and has worked for them in the past , no loan fee and will only pay half his salary. No mandatory buy option if he flops Lmao united

https://s3a.sofifa.net/a064b2e531c626d28bf48808c6fc42b6004d2c47.jpg At the top you see Bayern fans leaving on 70s minute at their Leipzig game, disappointed their might lose the title. At the bottom you see our fans after the draw against Mainz and losing the titel. I don’t want with no means bash on the Bayern fand. I don’t care what they do. But the support on that day was unreal. It’s what makes our team so special.
avatar
I don’t want to put too much in it, but I must mention how amazing the responses of our players are! Just saw Brandts one, Hummels wrote an amazing post and all the players are commenting on it. I get an amazing feeling from the team. Terzic created an astonishing atmosphere and teamspirit and I look forward to the next seasons. HEJA BVB

That's bad news

not excusing the unacceptable behaviour of a few mororns towards Vinicius, but this has happened on multiple ocassion throught la liga and their wasnt so much media interventio. REAPT MYSELF; RACISCIM IS WRONG

Before signing Ryerson: 6 losses in the Bundesliga and 6th place After signing Ryerson: 1 loss in Bundesliga (away vs Bayern, go figure) and 1st place Union Berlin with Ryerson: 2nd place Union Berlin without Ryerson: 4th place (might end 5th) Clearly, Bundesliga player of the year: Julian Ryerson. Ps: please understand it's a joke, go easy on me.
avatar
This truly was a season with many surprises. Even though Bayern is the worst Bayern in years it's not like your just at the top because they were bad as you also had many setbacks during the season. I mean you had to play the first half of the season with Modeste and an 18yo Moukoko upfront because your main striker got cancer basically the day after he was signed. Gotta give credit to Terzic how he handled all of this and still got the best out of players that seemed already on the way out. Hummels being your best CB despite the signing of Süle and Schlotterbeck Wolf reincarnated as RB Ryerson being absolutely solid on both sides of the defense Malen reincarnated as RW Brandt reincarnated and finally reaching his potential Can reincarnated as lone 6 Adeyemi finding his best position at LW Not Terzic related, but Haller coming back from cancer and changing your entire offensive play for good towards the end of the season. Really hope to see Reus lifting the Meisterschale in front of the Gelbe Wand next sunday. No one deserves this more than him.
avatar
First of all why would you share this and second why would that be your reaction to us losing...
avatar
I mean there were like 20 missed calls But the passing and first touches were horrible today
avatar
Loss aside there needs to be serious action taken against the refs in this league. In general not just today, this has been by far one of the worst Bundesliga seasons in terms of refereeing

Yeah I meant we should have both a defensive and offensive full back on each side

We have a completely different meaning of rtg tbh

"... But even beyond that, I still have a great desire to do my best for the club where I have spent more than half my life. That's why I'm happy that I've extended my contract for another year, because I've always said that I wouldn't want to play for any other club in my career than for BVB."

If Dortmund will win the league this year, I know the person who caused it. I moved to Dortmund in 2012 right after the last title and unfortunately I couldn't celebrate another one. Living in the city of your beloved club is so exciting. You get confronted with the club everywhere. That's what I really love about Dortmund. I lived just next to the tram station Kreuzstraße. It's like 3 minutes to the stadium by feet. People were marching in black and yellow and passed my balcony. Even watching a match in a bar is fucking incredible in Dortmund because every single bar is filled with fans and they go nuts. Like when Paco and Marco Reus beat Bayern in that one season at home. Was watching that one in Kevin Großkreutz bar. What a night. Everybody believed we can win the title that season... And then I left Dortmund last year due to work. It seems like I jinxed the club and now that I'm gone they can win the title, lol. It breaks my heart every match to know the scenes in the city after great matches. I was screaming and going crazy on Saturday and people in my house probably thought I'm mental while in Dortmund the whole house would know the reason for my screaming. God how I love this club and this city. It's not Madrid, London or Milan, but to me it's beautiful. Everytime I see those yellow piles of the stadium or the Dortmunder U, it gives me goosebumps. Sorry for being sentimental, but I needed to share this

As once the ''legendary'' Infantino said: ''today... I feel... like a Bayern-fan'' :D , I don't like City, I know that they're good and are gonna very probably finally win the UCL, but I hope they loose (either now or later), they don't deserve to be in this position given the whole FFP scandal that was quietly swept under the rag. :)

I think people who begin to compare Roses and Terzics seasons again tend to forget, that for most of last season Rose had Erling fucking Haaland. An absolute Monster.
avatar
Just watching Napoli - Milan and am really confused.. Milan had missed a pen. 2 Napoli players were inside the box even if not by much. And one of the players entering early cleared the ball. Why isnt the pen repeated? So does this rule only applies against us? F*** the Uefa
avatar
Bros winning his first league trophy since 35 years and already getting cocky 💀
avatar
To think he got downgraded lmao. Only CBs that are on the same level as hik are Araujo and Kim Min Jae, in whatever order based on personal biases (I obviously have Schlotti 1 but any of the other 2 are fully understandable)
avatar
Find it funny how people simultaneously criticize players leaving their clubs because elsewhere "pays better" yet when you have a players that remained loyal even when most top clubs in Europe would have signed him in a heartbeat they are ready to discard him because he is no longer in his prime...
avatar
Chill your nuts, both are club legends earning like 40% less than their previous salary. Also it's just 1 year each, would be a total of 16mil max (remember players like Götze, Schürrle and Schulz all cost us 60mil each)

Aguado and Monchu = Iniesta and Xavi

While we wait for tomorrow's game I just want to state how much this club means to me. To begin, I won't lie and say that I only started supporting Dortmund because Aubameyang had an OP FIFA card. Guilty as charged, but to be fair as a 10 year old in Canada where the main sport is hockey and no one pays attention to football, it's kinda hard to find a reason to start supporting. But, as time went on, I realized that my father's best friend (who was so close he was practically our uncle), was actually from Dortmund, and it became something closer to me, since it brought me closer to him. He lived 15 hours away, but everytime he'd come over or we'd go to the city that he lived in I'd be so excited to talk about what would happen, whether it was getting mad about Aubameyang leaving together, or celebrating that 3-2 game against Bayern together, I'd be so excited to find an excuse to talk to him. However, around 8 months ago, he was hit by a drunk driver and passed away. My last conversation I'll ever have with him, we were talking about Haaland and how disappointed we were to him leaving. Of course it was tougher for my father to deal with, but talking with him is what brought me closer to this club, and losing him was one of the hardest moments of my life. If you've been wondering why a Canadian suddenly talks more on this sub than almost all even the German speakers here, it's because continuing to support this club with all of my heart is the best way I know how to honour a member of my family. Heja BVB, I love you all.

Football is a global sport my dude.

Also I want to see more respect for Kobel. I've seen people say they won't forgive him, are you mad? Without Greg, we would probably still be 5th or 6th fighting for CL spots instead of the league title. Without him, Chelsea would've smashed us in the first leg. He won us so many games. Put some respect on his name, and don't give up the league title. It's only 2 points. We need performances from us and a bit of luck for Bayern to lose.
avatar
Everybody is fit, we are in a good form. Now it's time to find out what our actual level is, no excuses
avatar
I would like to write a short appreciation post for Süle here. It is really crazy that a player like him joined our club. He could have gone to nearly every club in the world, but chose us, because he has other values than money or to play abroad (premier league or la liga). He knew that he would get the deserved treatement from our club and fanbase. He always gives 100%, doesn't complain about gametime or in which position he plays (for the start of the season) and is totaly focused on our goals. It's crazy how much he improved already and how much our team improved because of him. I admit, I even liked him at Bayern (mainly because of nation squad and character), but I can't help but to fall in love with him as a player of BvB.

Hi Chelsea fans. I am here to give you a quick summary of how things are going with Kobel: Kobel = god tier GK Kobel + BvB = both sides are very happy, he once said he could imagine to play here for a very long time BvB + your money = not interested Kobel + Chelsea = not happening. Hope you aren't disappointed. See you guys soon :)

We've already won if we can extend Marco Reus with a salary reduction, so why not two years straight away? Especially if the player himself wants it... And yes, we not only need him because of his goals, but also because he is a kind of mentor for many young players and probably one of the reasons why so many talents choose BVB.
avatar
https://sofifa.com/squad/1493120 Line up vs chelsea (I think they will play like this) I hope Kobel and Adeyemi can at least be on the bench. They lose James and Thiago, but got Sterling back. Anyway I think Haller will be more comfortable without the Brazilian. I have faith in Reus and Brandt. The only thing that worries me are the fullbacks. Guerreiro is a sure loss. Wolf has been fine, but defending is not his forte and he will no longer deal with someone as simple as Mudryk. In goal... Well, Kobel had a lot of saves, but chelsea also missed too much, I think it will all depend on holding on in the first and last minutes of the game. The key will be the 3 containments, they should not leave Enzo alone. This time I think there will be more goals. (deepl translate)
