So we are signing Gill as the most expensive and highest paid GK ever in Indian history. A bit skeptical since he did not have a good last season. We could have spent the money in a top Indian CM, or atleast get Gurmeet as GK from HFC. But anyways Gill is a MASSAIVE improvement on Kamaljeet. Gill is also the youngest to win the golden gloves. Still only 22. Lets hope it works out :p

Yeah I like how more Australians are using India to experience an overseas experience but Cummings is one of the best ST’s in A-League. I would’ve loved to see him stay in Australia or to try his best in Europe but ISL seems like a bit of an underwhelming destination.

I think it's fine tbh, He's 28 and has already played in Europe. His career wasn't really impressive before he came to Australia. He mainly played in the Scottish second division and the English lower leagues so for him to revive his career in Australia and then get $1M a season in India is incredible. He wouldn't of made that amount of money anywhere. As for Australia, He'll still get picked I think but he wasn't a starter anyway. He made one appearance in the World Cup against France when we were losing by a lot and that's really it. I don't think Graham Arnold likes him as much as his other strikers, He didn't even get a start in his most recent call up and only came off the bench for one game.

He is very pacey. But is also verrry inconsistent. He can have a good patch of form before being quiet. He is sometimes played on the wing which explains why his goalscoring record seems kinda meh. But with that said I think he can bang in the ISL.
