Also, because Benzema's 2021/2022 CL season is more impressive than ANY season in the CL by Cristiano. That was the very definition of carrying a team, Ronaldo has never carried Real Madrid like that ever. The fact that Benzema also carried a much worse Real Madrid team in 2021/2022 to a double, kind of already shows you that Ronaldo wasn't as important as many people think.
