A team who have for years been stuck in the Championship, the new generation of superstars has arrived in Nottingham. The team has many fine young players teamed with lower league experience. This gives huge hope to fans longing for something to happen after years of relative mediocrity. The team's aim will be to sign and promote young players and play our young talents. There are already significant changes I want to make to the side's ideas and philosophy, namely giving Ben Osborn the captaincy and promoting Worrall, Pereira, Brereton, Ariyibi and Clough to the first eleven.

Outs -

- Dimitar Emtimov - A poor 4th choice keeper taking up a space at the club. A pointless player to keep and unlikely to ever play.
- Jordan Smith - A similar story. Little potential and little current ability. Smith will be let go of.
- Daniel Pinillos Gonzalez - In a team with 3 left backs, Chris Cohen the club stalwart and Traore the fine physical player sadly Pinillos will leave, as talented as he is, to raise cash.
- Daniel Fox - With 7 center backs at the club, Fox is one of the weakest and unlike Worrall is not a player with huge potential so will be forced to leave.
- David Vaughan - Ageing and lacking great stats, Vaughan will be forced to leave despite his experience in the Premier League. A younger replacement will be sought out
- Jack Hobbs - Another center back not needed at the club, Hobbs leaves to again raise funds.
All players sold to raise cash, hopefully £2.5m in total, who will hopefully allow us to invest in the future.
Ins -

- Dawid Kownacki - Coming from Lech Poznan, the tall striker is seen as a future partner to either Clough or Ben Brereton in future. Decent pace and a good shot should lend to what will hopefully be a fine player for the future.
- Moses Odjer - A real favourite of mine, the Salerno midfielder joins to be the future star in the engine room here at Forest. Fast with incredible stamina, Odjer combines great tackling ability with an excellent long shot and good passing.
- Mile Svilar - We also require a future number one and the signing of Svilar from Anderlecht should aid in ensuring that. With decent stats at only 16 years old, Svilar should only improve further in the presence of experienced keepers like Vlad Stojkovic and Stephen Henderson.
- Declan John - As the full back position has no real long term starter, up steps John from fellow side Cardiff to ensure this. Having had a number of years at Cardiff, John looks ready to play regularly at a club on the rise.

The signings all highlight my vision for the club, a team of youth and ability working up the ranks of English football to the days of Brian Clough in the 70s.
