You’re funny. U should do stand up :)

He needs a huge upgrade for Fifa25, 74/86 with these stats https://sofifa.com/player/14091562/lewis-hall
avatar
Hard to judge Newcastle signings because it takes 6 months - 1 year to fully adjust to Howe's system. Most of Howe's signings looked mediocre at first but then looked great
avatar
75/86
avatar
Should be at least 73. Potential is ok for now. But he's played well when at Chelsea, and for us.

You got a good player for free, what are you exactly complaining about? You didn't need to sign a RW last summer for 10-15 m which you would have done without getting Minteh for free. The move to Feyenoord benefited all three parties
avatar
I think missing out on the free signing of Tosin changed our transfer plans massively to be honest. Instead of going big for Mamardashvili we'll have to settle for a cheaper keeper as we now need to spend money on a CB. I think going for Trafford is a gamble right now in the present, but could prove to be a very good deal after 2-3 years. Safe to say that Trafford had a really poor season with Burnley, it reminds me of the season Bazuno had with Southampton year before, simply not ready for PL football. I like Trafford though i must say, I admire keepers who's good on the ball and willing to take responsibilities in build up phase, and Trafford is very comfortable with his feet, but in terms of shotstopping he's not good right now. My number one GK option has been Alvaro Valles from Las Palmas for a while. He's imo been the best La liga keeper, and he's got the full package, shotstopping, distribution & sweeper ability. Valles would cost max 10m and I'm certain he'd be willing to be 2nd choice initially first 6 months to get used to the physicality. But I think Howe wants to go with players he knows from the PL, and can easier find out about players personalities due to his connections in England
avatar
im going to be so pissed off if he's sold. i can list several other players id rather sell than him
avatar
Newcastle should give him a chance next season
avatar
it was horrible communication from ortega, if he would’ve stayed in goal then josko would’ve just head it back to him
avatar
Has been insane against Portugal.
avatar
bro is a beast
avatar
we definitely going to regret it.
avatar
bro why tf are u even commenting this under some random player
avatar
Should have 95/96 Sprint speed
avatar
Best LW in the PL this season. Most shotcreating actions in top 5 leagues, up there with the likes of Wirtz, Leao, Palmer etc

Anthony Gordon to Sky Sports on the stonewall penalty shout: “I don’t understand the point of VAR… I’ve got no sock left. I’m fond of the idea, it should work, but it doesn’t. Get rid of it or get better” Fair enough. 👏🏻 https://s3a.sofifa.net/c01d6a017c1c36319fc41f9dd809408a07bfc6b0.jpg

Owed both amrabat and casemiro 83/88

If they can keep their best players they can do very well next season. Muñoz, Andersen, Guehi, Wharton, Olise, Eze... Pretty good and balanced team.
avatar
Him and Olise should be around 82 or 83 rated
avatar
100%. That's why he is going to the euros and grealish doesn't
avatar
Better then grealish.

Despite some bumps in the road our project is progressing, taking us out of the doldrums that was the Ashley era. Our new deal with Adidas will bring in 30m/yr., up from just 5m/yr. we were getting from Castore. Putting it in perspective, it’s level where Spurs are but still well behind what City or Arsenal are getting from their merch deals (60m+/yr.). Sela on the shirt gets us 6m more a season than what Fun88 did, and noon on the sleeve gets us 5.5m more than Kayak (Chronicle). Rome wasn’t built in a day: fact is we are moving in the right direction and as fans need to be a little patient as our club continues to grow and prosper. HWTL 💪
avatar
The system is built on Trippier's magical right foot. He's our main creator, whereas Tino Isn't a creator and doesn't have the best crosses/final passes. But Tino is a lovely dribbler/ball carrier and better defensively than Trippier imo. So without Trippier we'll definitely lose creativity. Unless we get £10m+ for Trippier them I'd keep because it's not worth losing a key player for a small fee
avatar
if we don't get him, then we need to buy 2 CBs, that would be a pretty big blow.
avatar
Personally think we should do everything in our power to keep Bruno. We need to aim big and sign good players, and maybe also offer him a new improved deal. I look at four other big money sales from the PL. S The sales of Grealish , Bale, Rice & Suarez. -Suarez was the main main for Liverpool, they sold him back in 2014 and they bought Markovic for big money ( flop) Balotelli ( Flop) & Lambert. Liverpool thought they would be replacing Suarez goal output and creativity with these three... - Bale: Spurs pretty much bought a new 11 with the Bale money, and it's safe to say that only Eriksen lived up to the hype. - Grealish: Villa knew that they couldn't find a equally good player so they bought Ings, Buendia & Bailey. All three haven't lived up to expectations even though Bailey finished last season strongly, but was rubbish in previous seasons. Rice: West ham signed Kudus, Alvarez,JWP & Mavropanos last summer after Rice left. Kudus has been a huge success, but West ham regressed, they used to be solid defensively but was leaking because they didn't have the legs in midfield without Rice. We have done well when it comes to recruitment since the takeover, but this would be very different. Every club we contacted would know that we had £100m and make it extremely difficult for us to get good deals. Bruno.G is a unique player, there's nobody like him. I genuinely think we are 3-4 topclass players away from being up there challenging for the PL. We got 70+ pts in the league two seasons ago with a average squad, and 85+ pts is normally enough to challenge for PL title, its definitely possible within two years if we get recruitment spot on
avatar
https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1798745070163632448?t=csV49fJJZ4FC3NWZDLpDZQ&s=19 Lads, maybe it's just me fearing the worst, but I really don't like " We will see what happens " . There's definitely undertones in that statement hinting at leaving. Would have liked Bruno to put a end to the speculations like Isak did yesterday. If Man City/Madrid activate that clause then I think Bruno goes. Three long nervous weeks awaits
avatar
poor lad consistently left off just because he doesn’t play in the prem
avatar
INSANE he doesn't make that list of CB's going to euros
avatar
Porto getting 40 million for this bum might be the biggest scam of all time
avatar
Even shit at Rangers. Biggest 40 million scam in history, Wolves should sue for fraud ngl
avatar
79/85 if you love him or hate him he is a good player
avatar
Reminds me of a specific Uruguayan.
avatar
I think people have completely forgotten that he's a midfielder, not a forward. He isn't supposed to get a G/A in every single game.
avatar

avatar
Really impressive how simple he makes wing play look just drives at defences and sets up players simple. More players should play like Barcola really talented player and my favourite type of player unselfish.
avatar
Barnes is that kind of player who could be invisible nearly all game, but still end up scorinh a goal. He's had a frustrating season with injuries, but a fit Barnes can score 8-10 PL goals next season even if he's mainly a sub/backup to Gordon
avatar
Definitely think we should be structuring similar deals In future. We basically delayed L.Hall payment for another financial calendar year. And as we know, we don't have Castore & Fun88 anymore so our budget will naturally be bigger this summer. In terms of loans, I'm very surprised that we didn't opt to loan anyone with a option to buy back in January. We gambled on Barnes & Willock returning in January, but none of them was fully fit after their long absentees. That was definitely a mistake by the club imo, could have been the difference between a 5th or 7th spot
avatar
Just had a thought. Do you think we should be exploring the loan kind of signings more? Like, you look at Hall, how we handled that. Sure, middle of the season, unsure of why he wasn't given a chance. But maybe we could 'loan' a player, which we could pay for at a later date. As do wonder, if that might be a work round when it comes to FFP.
avatar
Definitely not 6'3, that's for sure. 6'6 is probably accurate
avatar
It’s a steal imo, if Caicedo is worth 120m
avatar
Crazy that Tosin chose Chelsea over you and UTD.2 teams where he would get much more playing time
avatar
https://x.com/ChampionsLeague/status/1797632328891502748?t=kmyDM8fFKoxdyzIIMFsYnw&s=19 We don't see this kind of atmosphere elsewhere, certainly not in European competitions. Crowd went mental for every tackle, for every throw in won etc. We don't have megaphones, drums/clappers/ultras, this is real authentic atmosphere. Just wish we could see it a bit more often. Atmosphere was mostly flat last season for the Saturday 3pm Kickoffs
avatar
Couldn’t he replace Longstaff in the RCM position? He certainly would be an upgrade on Sean.
avatar
Watching England today had me seeing why Howe is such a big fan of Gallagher, given his work rate and ability to press.
avatar
Give him the No.8 shirt for the tournament. 🎱 Trent Alexander-Arnold compared to outfield players vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina: ◉ Most touches (121) ◉ Most passes (90) ◉ Most crosses (7) ◉ Most long passes completed (7) ◉ Most chances created (5) And a lovely goal to top it all off. 😮‍💨 https://s3a.sofifa.net/45b24d5b1140ab53ac37659d107a69a8c789f897.jpg

This comment shows how you dont know the first thing about football. Delete the account now. MBappe is undoutably a world class striker game in and game out and if you think that its even debatable go ahead and stop following the sport. I am a Napoli fan standing up for MBappe, that is how ridiculous your comment is.
avatar
Man is going to drop a defensive masterclass & score a winning header today. And then he'll retire.
avatar
One of the most underrated CB's ever happy he's getting more respect now tho. Has been good for so long now very consistent.
avatar
I'm pretty sure our owners played Romano & J.Pedros agent so that we could go after Isak without anyone knowing, perfect smokescreen. As for Tosin, yes it's a big Advantage for Chelsea that he's already living in West London. Gametime is certainly not a priority for Tosin, or he wouldn't have left Fulham/turn down us and Man utd. I see Kelly as a done deal, he won't have a bigger club come in for him. He's worked with Eddie previously too so I'm not worried there
avatar
Exactly, Tosin isn't a good T.Silva replacement if Chelsea want to get back to the UCL. At Man utd he'd probably be 3rd choice behind Martinez & a new starter. He's from Manchester too so I really thought you had a chance. Newcastle will be without Lascelles & Botman till February 2025 probably because of serious knee injuries, and we did already need a CB brought in before these two got injured. So this is a big blow for Newcastle who probably will have to spend big money on a CB now which means we might not have the funds to buy players for other positions. But yes, Kelly and then a quality CB is a must now for us. Man utd will probably also have to spend alot of money on two CB's
avatar
Yep it doesn't improve Chelsea at all especially after Thiago leaving they need someone who can add to the team while Tosin like you implied is just in the same bracket and 160k ? My God that's really crazy his agent did a great job securing him that deal. I wanted him cause obviously we have 2 defenders minimum leaving also Tosin i think would helped us in that English homegrown criteria. While Newcastle needed backup and players for the rotation cause there is no quality depth in that position and your captain got a serious injury also Krafth ain't it and when Fabian gets injured it becomes a massive problem so Kelly and 1 more is a must and that other one should be a quality player.
avatar
Where the hell did that came from lol thought it's either us or you and from the looks of things it was you who were closer to getting his signature but Chelsea just came out of the blue and got him really how many players do they want especially in the centerback position they have like 8-10 players there while we both are lacking in that position
avatar
Yes, Colwill, Disasi, Badiashile, Fofana, Chalobah, Gilchrist, Humpfreys etc. Chelsea got more than enough, if anything, they need a top CB brought in because for me the names above are all in the same bracket. Newcastle offered 100k/week apparently with Chelsea offering 160k/week. That's simply too much money for a player like Tosin. He and his agent probably just used Man utd & Newcastle to secure a better deal for themselves. Its football these days sadly, agents have far too much power, it doesn't help when they use Fabrizio Romano either, he's been exposed as a PR machine. Ilya Zabarny the Bournemouth CB exposed Romano
avatar
Why does he have the "Trivela" trait, makes no sense?
