EA released an update on the 31st of January but then undid everything the next day. So all the players who were upgraded looked like they were being downgraded when everything was undone. Today's update just put everything back to the original update. He was getting upgraded but then EA undid the update so it looked like he was getting downgraded, now that they're redoing the update he's getting upgraded again. It's all EA's fault they're just a shit show.
